How Texas Quality Plumbing collects, uses, and protects your information.
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Texas Quality Plumbing LLC (“Texas Quality,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, call us, or request plumbing service; how we use and share that information; and the choices and rights you have over it. It applies to our website and to the service requests, scheduling, and communications that flow from it.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers and contact details — your name, phone number, email address, and the service address where you need work performed.
- Service and commercial information — the details you give us about your plumbing issue, appointment history, work performed, estimates, invoices, and records of financing applications you choose to start.
- Communications — the contents of forms you submit, and records of phone calls, text messages, and emails between you and our team.
- Internet and device activity — pages viewed, referring page, approximate (city-level) location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and comparable technologies.
We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or health information through this website. Please do not send that information to us through our web forms.
How We Collect Information
Most of what we hold you give us directly — through a form on this site, by calling or texting us, or in the course of scheduling and performing work. We also collect internet activity automatically through the cookies and analytics described below. If you begin a financing application, the financing provider collects its own information directly from you under its own privacy policy.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your request and schedule, perform, and follow up on service.
- To send appointment confirmations, technician arrival notices, and service updates.
- To prepare estimates and invoices and to process payment for completed work.
- To answer questions, resolve disputes, and provide warranty support.
- To understand how our website is used so we can improve it, and to measure which marketing brings customers to us.
- To comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect against fraud and abuse.
Text Messages and Calls
If you give consent on one of our forms, Texas Quality may call or text you about your service request — for example to confirm an appointment or let you know a technician is on the way. Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and declining it does not affect the service we provide. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies, Analytics, and Your Consent Choices
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working — for example, remembering your cookie choice. We also use analytics and measurement tools to understand site usage in aggregate. The tools currently used on this site are:
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager — aggregate website traffic and conversion measurement.
- Google Consent Mode v2 — records your cookie choice and adjusts what the tools above are permitted to store.
- Google reCAPTCHA — protects our forms from automated spam. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit; declining does not reduce site functionality. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request — see Your Privacy Choices below.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers who work on our behalf — website hosting, form delivery and lead routing, scheduling and dispatch software, phone and messaging providers, and analytics — each permitted to use the information only to provide that service to us.
- Financing partners (GoodLeap & Service Finance), and only when you choose to start an application.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to establish or defend legal claims and protect the rights and safety of our customers, our team, and the public.
- Business transfers — if our business is sold or reorganized, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.
Sharing analytics and advertising identifiers with measurement providers may be treated as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out as described below.
Your Privacy Choices
Your California Privacy Rights — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) gives you the rights described in this section. We extend the same choices to every visitor, wherever you live.
Categories we collect. In the past twelve months we have collected the categories described in Information We Collect above: identifiers and contact details; commercial and service information; the contents of your communications with us; and internet or other electronic network activity.
Sale and sharing. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. We do use the analytics and measurement tools named above, and that use may qualify as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA.
Your rights. You have the right to:
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, the sources it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
- Delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct personal information you believe is inaccurate.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information — noting that we do not collect sensitive personal information through this website.
- Non-discrimination — we will never deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.
How to opt out or exercise a right. You have three options:
- Use the cookie banner on this site and choose “Decline.” That immediately turns off non-essential analytics and advertising storage for your browser and is remembered on return visits.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a browser or extension that supports it. We detect and honor GPC automatically as a valid opt-out — you do not need to contact us or click anything.
- Contact us directly by phone at (346) 636-2418 or by email at [email protected] and tell us which right you want to exercise.
We will confirm your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, extending once by another 45 days where permitted, and will tell you if we need more time. To protect your privacy we must verify your identity before acting on a request to know, delete, or correct — usually by matching the phone number, email address, or service address already in our records. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission that we can verify.

We do not collect, process, transmit, or store credit or debit card numbers on this website, and we never ask for card details through a web form or by email. Payment for completed work is handled in person or through our payment processor’s own secure systems, and financing applications are completed on the financing provider’s website under its security controls and privacy policy. Data Retention
We keep service records for as long as needed to provide service, honor warranties, and meet tax, accounting, insurance, and other legal obligations, after which we delete them or remove identifying details.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website is intended for adults arranging plumbing service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
