Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of the Texas Quality Plumbing website.
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Texas Quality Plumbing LLC (“Texas Quality,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website. By accessing or using this website, requesting an estimate, or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms cover your use of the website itself; the work we perform for you is governed by the written estimate, invoice, or service agreement you sign, which controls if it conflicts with anything here.
Who We Are
Texas Quality Plumbing LLC is a licensed plumbing contractor operating in Houston and the surrounding Greater Houston area, with its principal place of business at 10814 Woodedge Dr, Houston, TX 77070. Plumbing work in Texas is regulated by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
Use of This Website
You may use this website to learn about our services, request service, and contact us. You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; submit false, misleading, or another person’s information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or any account; introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the site’s operation; scrape, harvest, or systematically collect content or contact details from the site; or use the site in a way that damages, disables, or overburdens it. We may suspend or refuse access to anyone who violates these Terms.
Service Requests, Estimates, and Scheduling
Submitting a form or requesting an appointment through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking, and does not create a binding agreement until we confirm it. Appointment windows are estimates and can shift because of emergency calls, parts availability, weather, or access conditions at the property. Pricing shown on this site is indicative only: the price for your job is the one stated in the written estimate we give you after assessing the actual conditions. Diagnostic findings can change the scope and price, and we will tell you before performing work beyond what you approved.
Emergency and After-Hours Service
Where we describe emergency or after-hours availability, that describes our intent to respond as quickly as we reasonably can. It is not a guarantee of a specific response time, and availability depends on current call volume, crew availability, and conditions.
Warranties on Work Performed
Any warranty on labor or parts is the one stated in your written estimate, invoice, or service agreement, together with any manufacturer warranty on installed equipment. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by us, and are subject to their terms and registration requirements. Warranties generally do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorized alteration or repair, freezing, ground movement, water quality, or conditions that existed before our work.
Website Content Disclaimer
The content on this website — including maintenance advice, troubleshooting guidance, pricing ranges, service-area descriptions, and educational articles — is general information, not professional advice for your specific property, and should not be relied on as a substitute for an on-site assessment by a licensed plumber. Plumbing work carries real risk of water damage, gas hazards, and injury, and we do not recommend that you attempt repairs based on anything you read here. We work to keep the site accurate and current but do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, or continuously available, and we may change content, services, or service areas at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Texas Quality Plumbing LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of this website — even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages. Our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). This limitation applies to your use of the website; it does not limit our liability for the plumbing work we actually perform for you, which is governed by your service agreement and by Texas law, and nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for personal injury or death caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Intellectual Property
The content of this website — including text, photographs, graphics, illustrations, logos, service marks, page design, and the arrangement of all of it — is owned by Texas Quality Plumbing LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. The Texas Quality Plumbing name and logo are our marks and may not be used without our prior written permission. You may view, download, and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use in evaluating or arranging plumbing service. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content, or use it for any commercial purpose, without our written consent. Photographs of completed work remain our property and may be used in our marketing.
Your Submissions
If you send us reviews, photographs, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business, and you confirm you have the right to grant that license. Do not send us confidential information or anything you do not have the right to share. Please do not send payment card details or other sensitive personal information through this website — see our Privacy Policy.
Calls, Texts, and Communications
If you provide your phone number and consent on one of our forms, you agree we may contact you about your service request by phone or text message. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Privacy and Your Privacy Choices
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these Terms. If you are a California resident — or simply want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, exercise your rights to know, delete, or correct, or understand how we honor the Global Privacy Control signal — see Your Privacy Choices, including the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” disclosures.
Third-Party Links, Financing, and Reviews
This website links to third parties, including financing providers (GoodLeap & Service Finance), manufacturers, and review platforms. Those sites are controlled by others and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Financing is offered, approved, and serviced by the financing provider, not by us — approval, rates, and terms are entirely between you and that provider, and we do not guarantee any outcome. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our business or the law changes. The updated version takes effect when posted and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement between us, are the entire agreement regarding your use of this website.
